To check the real-time status of your application and materials sent to PTCAS, login to your PTCAS application and select the Check Status option.

Please do not contact PTCAS until you have read the instructions, checked your status online, reviewed your email for any messages, and read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.

It is your responsibility to frequently check your email and login to check the status of your file.

PTCAS will discuss an application only with the applicant and the applicant’s designated physical therapy schools, and not with a parent, spouse, relative, friend, or employer.

We will email you for the following reasons:

  • You created a new PTCAS application account.
  • You submitted your PTCAS application.
  • PTCAS received an official US or Canadian transcript for you.
  • PTCAS received a foreign transcript evaluation for you.
  • PTCAS received a reference on your behalf.
  • PTCAS has verified your application and your PTCAS GPAs are available to view.
  • You are eligible to begin the Academic Update.
  • There are problems with your “Transcript Entry” or “Colleges Attended” sections.
