Add Program


Select this tab to view and apply to programs in PTCAS. Before you finalize your selection, review the admission requirements of each program to which you are applying, and confirm that you meet all of their admissions criteria. Review the PTCAS Directory for additional information.

Program Designations

Follow the instructions to add or delete programs before you submit your application.

  • Click “Add Program” at the top left side of dashboard.
  • Filter programs by name, state, start term, or deadline, or scroll through the entire list.
  • Select the blue plus symbol (+) to the left of a program’s name to select and apply to the program.
    • Once selected, program will appear on the “Add Program” tab and “Check Status” section.
    • Complete the “Add Program” section before submission.
    • Review and complete the “Program Materials” section for each selected program.
  • Select the undo button to the right of the program name to remove it.
    • You must have at least 1 program selected at all times.
    • If you wish to remove a program and you have only 1 program selected, you will need to select a second program before the undo option is available for the first program.
No Program Deletions After Submission
important icon Once you submit your application, you are committed to applying to your selected programs and will not be permitted to delete or substitute program selections. PTCAS cannot issue a refund or transfer the payment to another designation due to program selection errors.

After you submit, you may apply to additional programs, if their deadlines have not passed.
